How to Filter Specific Products
Ablestar Bulk Product Editor allows you to search and filter products with granular detail using a "Specific Products" filter.
This can save you from manually make tedious modifications to a large set of data.
Problem
As a store owner, I want to filter out a small set of shoes with specific "lv8" and "acx" terms noted in the product title. The problem is, when I click to search "Air" there are several additional products that need to be excluded in order to have the correct set of data to edit.
Removing each exclusion with the 'minus' icon line by line, would be labor intensive:
Solution
Use our 'Specific products' filter to cherry-pick multiple filters, instead of removing items manually.
From the Product search view:
- Click the Add filter + button
- Search and select 'Specific products' from the picklist
- Once the popup window appears, input the first term as "lv8" and check the product boxes required (and leave the popup window open)
- Remove the "lv8" text and replace it with the second term "acx" and click the additional product checkboxes required
- Click the Save button to apply both filters and close the popup window
