Allowlisting Our IP Address
When Ablestar WooCommerce Importer connects to your WooCommerce site to read your products, customers, and orders, the connection always comes from this IP address:
34.150.243.97
If your site uses a firewall or a security plugin (such as Wordfence, Sucuri, or Cloudflare), or your host only accepts API requests from known IP addresses, add this address to the allowlist. The address doesn't change, so you only need to add it once.
When you need to allow it
- The importer can't connect to your site when you enter your site address and API keys, but the WooCommerce API is enabled and the keys are correct.
- An import stops partway through, or your security plugin or host shows blocked requests to
/wp-json/wc/from34.150.243.97.
After you add the address, connect your site again or restart the import.
What doesn't come from this IP address
Product images are downloaded by Shopify, not by the importer. Shopify fetches each image from your site when it creates the product, so those requests come from Shopify's servers. If your images don't import, check that your site allows public access to the image files.
