We offer both email and chat support to help your Shopify store thrive. Here are a few ways to get in touch with our team:

If you have any Ablestar app already installed on your Shopify store, you will see a support icon in the lower right corner that appears globally on every page and view:

Once the modal opens, you have two options for support:

  1. Answers option: Searching by keyword will pull up Knowledge Base articles that could help you find what you need. Try searching specific terms like “How to delete” or “Edit timed out” to find a related article to help
  2. Ask option: Clicking this icon will pull up our email and chat options. Our email team is available 24/7 and we strive to support all email requests within a few hours. 
    • Live Chat: If someone is available to chat immediately, the green indicator will appear.
    • Phone: Currently we are unable to provide phone support

Any urgent escalations are handled within 24 hours so the more documentation you can share the better! Sharing the URL of your store and any screenshots helps us start troubleshooting more quickly.

For faster resolution, make sure to specify the URL of your store and add screenshots to explain what view you are having trouble with
