How to Import Digital Downloads
Ablestar WooCommerce Importer allows you to migrate most of your data from WooCommerce to Shopify, however migrating digital downloads are not yet supported.
Unfortunately, the base Shopify program is unable to handle digital downloads, so we are unable to import the downloads directly.
If the WooCommerce products you are importing have digital downloads attached, we recommend the following steps to ensure the downloads are linked to orders:
- Use Ablestar WooCommerce Importer to import all products
- Install a free Digital Downloads app and attach the digital files to your products
- Use Ablestar WooCommerce Importer to import the orders
