Vendor

The vendor is usually the manufacturer, wholesaler, or creator of a product. You can use the Ablestar Bulk Product Editor to modify the vendor of a product in bulk

Notes

• The maximum length of the vendor is 255 characters
• You can leave the vendor field blank in Shopify, but if you do, the vendor will be set to the name of your store
• Shopify will remove spaces before and after a vendor name

In-App Edits

As with some other text fields, you have the option to use placeholders to insert dynamic values into the vendor field.

When setting the vendor field with a spreadsheet edit, leading and trailing white space will be removed.
