How to Filter and Search Using a List of SKUs or Product IDs

Ablestar Bulk Product Editor allows you to search and filter products using a list of items that you can copy and paste from other files.

Use Case

As a store owner, I have a list of SKUs, product IDs or barcodes from a spreadsheet or document that I want to edit in bulk, but I'm not sure how to set up the filter for that list of items.

Solution

From the Products search view, click the Add filter + button:

• Search and input your product identifier (ie SKU, barcode, product ID)
• Specify 'contains any...' from the filter option
• Paste the list of items to filter (no commas or separators are necessary)
• Click 'Add filter' to apply

You should now have a list of filtered products, based on the product identifiers from the list. Click the 'Edit products' button when ready to make a bulk change.
