How to Filter by Profit Margin

Ablestar Bulk Product Editor allows you to search and filter products based on the profit margin so you can edit the set of products in bulk.

Use Case

As a store owner, I want to filter out a small set of products with a specific profit margin. I also want to filter out all products that have no profit margin specified, where the profit margin field is blank, so that I can adjust as needed.

Solution

From the Product search view, click the Add filter + button:

• Specify 'Profit Margin' as a filter
• Options will appear to specify more than, less than, equals, is blank or is not blank
  • Number options will require a percentage to be entered. If you want to find all products with less than 5% margin, you would enter 5
  • Blank or not blank options will not require further parameters
• Click Add filter and the preview should update with all products that meet the criteria
• Click Run edits to proceed
