How to cancel a WooCommerce Import to Shopify

If you need to cancel a product or order import you can do so from the import status screen by clicking on the Cancel Import button. This will halt the current operation (downloading products from WooCommerce, uploading orders to Shopify etc..) and return you to the page where you can manage your migration.

In an emergency situation where this does not seem to be working you can also temporarily uninstall the app. This will cause Shopify to revoke the app's access to your store so that it is impossible for the app to continue to modify your Shopify data.

In either case, if you need to cancel the import because the data is not transferring correctly, or because the order import is triggering another app, please reach out to our support team and we will try to get things working for you.
