Configuring a Schedule for Inventory Sync
Ablestar Bulk Product Editor allows you to use Inventory Sync jobs to periodically synchronize data between different suppliers or product feeds and your store.
This feature is only available on Advanced and Professional plans.
There are several flexible options to configure your Inventory Sync schedule:
1. Default Schedule
You have several scheduling options to ensure flexibility on the Inventory Sync function:
Default Time
By default, the job runs every day of the month and every day of the week at the specified time.
- Every day of the month: allows you to specify only specific dates of the month
- Every day of the week: allows you to specify days of the week
The schedule is displayed in the time zone of the respective store. Ensure you consider this time zone when setting up the sync.
2. Specific Time Range
The time selector allows you to enter a range of hours (in military time). This example is configured to run on the first of each month, and also on Tuesday of every week, between the hours of 1-3:00am
These configuration options will make it easy for you to accommodate specific business hours or business days where your store or users might be less impacted by updates.
