Edit Retention

We store records for every edit made in your Shopify store using the Bulk Product Editor. This means you can track every change made, including details such as when the edit was created, scheduled to run, or undone. You can find these edit logs under the History tab.

After a certain period, we automatically remove older edit history records for data storage reasons. The amount of time you can go back to see the edit history will depend on your plan.

When evaluating which data to clean up within the data limits of your plan, we take into account the most recent date of either the date that the edit was created, scheduled to run or undo. This ensures that the most relevant and up-to-date information is kept in the system.
