Viewing Price History for Products

Ablestar Bulk Product Editor retains and tracks all allows you to track of all price changes to your products.

Price Changes

Navigate to the individual product or variant page in the Shopify admin:

1. Click on the More actions button in the top-right
2. Select Price history from the dropdown options

The Price History page will appear with a list of dates and the most recent price change to your product or variant.

Edit History

From this Price History view, you also have the option to view all historical edits fro the same product, by clicking the Edit History button:

This view will show you chronological order of every edit made to that specific product.

What data is stored

Shopify notifies Ablestar Bulk Product Editor every time one of your products is updated. When this happens, the app will check to see if the price is different than the current value. If it is, the app will store this change in our database.

The app will store all price changes from the Shopify database, regardless of whether the price was changed from our app or not.

✅ Tips and Troubleshooting

• Price changes will be stored for all paying plans. If you are on a free plan, the price change tracking will pause if you do not log into the app for 14 days.
• We track price changes made from either the Shopify admin or Ablestar Bulk Product Editor.
