How to Disable Automatic Order Emails
By default, client notifications are suppressed for all migrated orders to Shopify while using Ablestar WooCommerce Importer. The importer already stops customer emails from sending during imports.
There are other Shopify settings though, if you want to modify customer, staff or fulfillment notification settings on future orders:
From the Shopify dashboard, click the 'gear icon' setting and then the 'Notifications' menu. Choose which notification to modify:
- Customer notifications: Update settings to notify customers about order and account events
- Staff notifications: Update settings to notify staff members about new order events
- Fulfillment request notification: Notify your fulfillment service provider when you mark an order as fulfilled
- Webhooks: Send XML or JSON notifications about store events to URL
