Backfilling/Re-Processing Previous Orders

Ablestar Automatic Order Tags app will add tags to any orders as they're updated. However, when you're getting started, you might want to add the tags to existing orders already in your store.

We're working on adding this feature directly to the app, but in the meanwhile, we can reprocess previous orders for you on our end. To get started, just send us:

• The range of orders you would like to be reprocessed (either dates or order numbers)
• The rules that you would like applied to these orders
• A confirmation that it's okay for us to modify the tags on these orders

We should be able to reprocess these orders within one business day, although it may take longer for stores with more than 10,000 orders.
