Email Report Changes - June 2021

Each month we send out tens of thousands of emails through the Ablestar Email Reports app on Shopify. While the vast majority are delivered successfully, there are rare occasions when the messages get blocked by various anti-spam measures.

In an effort to improve the deliverability of your email reports, we're making several changes to how they're sent. While most of these changes are behind the scenes, we are changing the email address that the reports are being sent from.

Starting on June 16, email reports will now be sent from email‑

If you have any filters or rules assigned to the email reports, you may need to update them to use the new email address. 

We apologize for the changes and hope this will improve how your reports are delivered. If you have any questions about the change, please don't hesitate to contact us.
